The Spicy Seed Mix for parrots is a selection of 100% human-grade seeds, perfect for small, medium and large parrots, and is unlike any other seed mix for parrots on the market. The Spicy Seed Mix combines carefully selected and varied seeds, with nutritious and delicious spicy green and red chilli flakes, giving a boost of flavour and excitement to your parrot’s meal. The Spicy Seed Mix has been formulated with precision to ensure the ratio of seed ingredients is beneficial for your pet parrot’s health. Too often people are offering their parrots a cheap seed mix that contains low quality feed-grade ingredients, with only a small selection of seed varieties and sun flower seeds being the main component of the mix. Our Spicy Seed Mix ratio has been calculated specifically to ensure an even mix of all of the seeds and therefore a varied combination of essential fats and proteins, something all parrots need in their diet. 

Our seed mixes should never be fed as a complete meal, and only combined with fresh or dried chop, or in foraging toys as a stimulating and rewarding activity. Fat and protein is an essential component in a parrot’s diet, however it should never form the majority of their diet.

We recommend combining the Spicy Seed Mix with any of our Dry Mix parrot foods.
