Cancellation policy

When you purchase a subscription from Mikey and Mia LTD, you are agreeing to a minimum of three deliveries. This is to prevent any abuse of the discounted rates that are available through our subscription items. Once you have committed to the minimum number of deliveries, you will not be able to cancel your subscription until after the third delivery has been completed.

However, we understand that there may be special circumstances that require early cancellation of your subscription. In such cases, we may consider your request to cancel the subscription early, provided that you agree to pay the outstanding cost of the full price of the products ordered.

If you do wish to cancel your subscription, you must do so within 24 hours of purchasing your first delivery. Any cancellation requests after the initial 24-hour window will not be granted unless under special circumstances, as outlined above.

To cancel your subscription, please contact our customer service team via email at info@mikeyandmia.co.uk or phone with your order number and reason for cancellation. If you cancel your subscription within the 24-hour window, you will receive a full refund. However, if your order has already been shipped, you will not be able to cancel the subscription and no refund will be issued.
