Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping to all orders over £50 where delivery is within the UK.

International Shipping

We offer World Wide shipping on the majority of our products. The following exceptions apply:

Seed mixes cannot be sold to the following countries at the time of updating this policy:

Australia

New Zealand

You will automatically be refunded the cost of seed purchases if you are ordering from these countries.

Shipping charges for your international order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Due to the nature of the product we sell, your order may occasionally be held at customs to be checked for biosecurity reasons. The majority of the time, after a short delay, the parcel will be released and continue its journey to the shipping address. We cannot control which parcels will be stopped and checked by customs. We do not hold responsibility for the delay caused by customs. 

If an order is being held at customs, we cannot give a refund until it has been released to your address and you then return the package back to us, or until customs return the parcel to us directly. Whilst an order is held at customs it can be tracked and therefore is not considered lost. Regardless of the time spent in customs we cannot take further action until it has been released. 

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you haven’t received your order within 21 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at info@mikeyandmia.co.uk with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return. 

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@mikeyandmia.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
